Salary: £ 16,640.+ commission

Working hours: 9 am - 5.30 pm or 10 am - 6.30 pm - Monday to Friday

Dress Code: Formal office dress

Position: Full time - permanent

A dynamic and growing language training company based in the heart of the City is looking for a client account administrator.

This is a multi tasks role.

I- Job description

a-Sales:

• Maximising the sales of Elite services by converting hot leads.

• Generate your own leads through research (some cold calling might be required)

• Face to face and telephone sales.

• Entering and updating information about existing and potential clients in our CRM software.

b-Marketing:

• Develop new advertisement techniques

• Analysis of investment return on current commercial advertising methods (Underground, website, leaflets, magazines).

c- Administrative :

• Inbound and outbound phone calls

• Arranging language courses for your clients

• Selecting teachers' CV

• Arranging interview with teachers

• Emailing clients and teachers

• Invoicing using the software QuickBooks

• Processing payments

• Updating teachers and client's database (Sales Force)

• Contacting clients and teachers by telephone and email

• Participating in meetings.

II- Candidate Requirements:

• Very well spoken with English at a native level

• Sales ability (2 years retail sales or telesales experience required)

• Target driven

• be enthusiastic, confident and persuasive

• Good administrative and analytical skills

• Excellent communication skills and telephone manners

• Fully PC literate ( Excel/Word/Outlook required) (PowerPoint/Photoshop/Illustrator preferred )

• Problem solving skills

• Attention to detail
